The Need

Stross Law wanted to offer clients expanded ways to communicate with their firm. In consultation, we identified a few critical areas of need and developed a proposal to fulfill those needs.

• Stross Law needed a solution to accommodate a remote workforce.

The Solution was to develop a fully integrated Unified Communication System.

Unified communication systems have introduced many new features like improved reliability, anywhere access, integration with Microsoft Office, chat, video conferencing, voicemail, and auto attendant. 

All of which are provisioned and managed via na easy to use management portal.

A Quick note about Hughesnet

We selected HughesNet as our service provider. Their Hughes Flex software system utilizes Microsoft's Metaswitch Platform for modern unified communications.
